GGL-Whitelist (GGL Whitelist)
Official list of all online gambling providers legally operating in Germany. Published on gluecksspiel-behoerde.de. Only providers on this list may be legally advertised in Germany.
GGL (Joint Gambling Authority of the Federal States)
Joint Gambling Authority of the Federal States, based in Halle (Saale). Since the GlüStV 2021, it has been the central supervisory body for online gambling in Germany.
GlüStV 2021 (State Treaty on Gambling 2021)
State Treaty on Gambling 2021. Nationwide legal basis for online gambling in Germany. In force since July 1, 2021.
LUGAS (Cross-State Gambling Supervision System)
Cross-State Gambling Supervision System. Enforces the cross-provider deposit limit of €1,000 per month and parallel play bans.
OASIS (Online Player Status Query)
Online Player Status Query. Nationwide blocking system for players with gambling addiction problems. Applies across providers and types of gambling.
5-Second Rule
Regulation from the GlüStV 2021: A minimum of five seconds must pass between two spins of a virtual slot machine game.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
