Ukraine Launches SOMS: Real-Time Monitoring Revolutionizes Gambling Market

Ukraine is taking a radical step to sanitize its gambling sector and minimize economic and security risks. Under the leadership of Hennadii Novikov, appointed head of the new state agency PlayCity in April 2025, the traditional governance model is being replaced by a cutting-edge digital infrastructure.
